If you're a guitar fan, and specifically a Taylor guitar fan, you'll be excited to know that Edmond Music is hosting a Taylor Guitar event this week! The Taylor Guitar "Find Your Fit" event will be in store at 3400 S Broadway, Edmond, Oklahoma, 73013 this Thursday November 17^th from 4pm to 8pm.

"Find Your Fit" is designed to help you find out more about guitar body shapes, tonewoods and other guitar features to help you know which guitar model is perfect for you.

It's the perfect chance for you to sit down with an official Taylor guitar representative who can answer your questions to help you land on the perfect Taylor guitar!

Whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced player you'll really enjoy gaining insight into the various models of Taylor Guitars and what they are designed for. Here an overview of what you'll learn at the event:

What's Your Player Profile?

The more we know about your playing style, the easier it will be to find a guitar that fits you. Do you want a versatile performer or something more specialized? If you're unsure, consider your favorite styles and genres of music guitar and want you are craving from your next guitar.

Start with Shapes

A great way of thinking about a guitar's body design, is that it literally shapes its sound. Taylor offers five shapes that range from small and intimate to big and powerful. As you explore their different shapes, consider how each one feels to you.. The more comfortable you are, the more naturally you'll play.

Season with Woods

Different tonewoods “flavor” a guitar body's fundamental sound. Once you’ve found a shape you like best, try playing different models with that same shape but different woods. This will help you figure out which combination inspires you most.

Choose Your Look

A guitar's visual aesthetic can add to its inspiring qualities. From beautiful woods to thoughtful design details, each Taylor acoustic series is set apart by a unique set of appointments that can range from simple and organic to exquisitely detailed.
