Product Overview
Walrus Audio Melee: Wall of Noise
Unleash Ethereal Power with the Melee: Wall of Noise
The Walrus Audio Melee: Wall of Noise combines two of the most quintessential effects—reverb and distortion—into one powerful pedal. With a joystick to meld reverb and distortion, the Melee offers an eternity of ethereal power. Flip the order switch to run distortion into reverb or reverb into distortion; the signal chain is your call. For the explorer, the Melee features three different reverb programs: Ambient, Octave, and Reverse. With intentionally simple controls, the Melee inspires a wealth of creative output.
Main Features:
- Joystick Control: Use the joystick to control the amount of distortion by moving it up and down, and adjust your reverb mix by moving it left and right.
- Three Reverb Programs: Choose from Ambient Reverb (Pink LED), Octave Down Reverb (Yellow LED), and Reverse Reverb with Feedback (Blue LED).
- Order Switch: Flip the order switch to run distortion into reverb or reverb into distortion.
- Modulation Options: Add modulation to the wet signal by holding down the bypass switch and moving the decay toggle. Choose from no modulation, slight modulation, or high modulation.
- Momentary Functions: Press and hold the sustain switch to ramp up the reverb trails. Release to ramp back down to the decay switch setting. The sustain switch can also latch in all three programs for long pad-like sounds.
