Repair and Maintenance

Do you provide repair services?

Yes, we have repair technicians for instruments and pianos. Contact us to book a piano service appointment or drop off your instrument to have it be serviced. Turnaround times vary from same day to several weeks.

How can I schedule piano tuning or repair?

Call, text, or email us to book a piano tuning, move, or repair service. We’ll arrange a convenient time for you.

Do I need to book an appointment for my instrument repair?

No need to book an appointment for repair. Drop it off at any of our three locations. Our active lease instruments with maintenance plans receive priority 24-hour turnaround repair. Most other repairs have a wait time of a few days to several weeks.

Purchase and Payment

How do I pay for my item?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. Items must ship to a verified address. Local pickups can be paid in person.

What are your financing options?

We offer financing for instruments over $1000. If you'd like more information please ask or fill out a quick pre-qualification form.

Is there a warranty on purchases?

New instruments often come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Lease-to-own instruments include a maintenance plan for accidental damage affecting playability.

Shipping and Handling

How will my item be shipped?

Most items ship via UPS Ground. Smaller items may use USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. All shipments are insured. Note: UPS cannot deliver to APO, FPO, or PO Boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may not be available due to dealer agreements. For details, call us at 1-800-827-4266. International shipping costs and import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I track my shipped item?

Yes, tracking info is sent when your item ships. If you don’t receive it, contact us and we’ll provide the tracking number.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged. Keep all packaging for a damage claim. We’ll process your claim and issue a refund or replacement promptly.

How fast will my item be shipped and when should I expect it?

We ship within 2 business days of cleared payment. UPS Ground takes 4-6 days; Priority Mail takes about 3-4 days. Holidays and weekends may affect delivery times.

Returns and Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA). Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase, subject to our return policy conditions. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Unauthorized returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Do you offer discounts for students or educators?

We offer a 10% discount on print music for students and teachers, with some larger seasonal discounts.

What is MAP Price?

What are your store hours?

All of our locations are open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

How should I maintain my instrument?

Most instruments are sensitive to extreme heat and cold. Wooden instruments need a humidity level of 45% to 55% to prevent damage. Guitar strings should be replaced every 1-3 months depending on how much you play. Brass and woodwinds need to be adjusted regularly dependent upon play time and care of handling.
